the hotel location was very convenient for transportation. i easily walked to central station and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and eager to assist with any questions i had. i found the hotel to be clean and well maintained .
the minibar pricing felt quite high. i wish there had been a bit more value there.

the staff provided prompt assistance at reception, and they efficiently addressed my inquiries, showing attentiveness. room service requests were fulfilled quickly, with a friendly staff member delivering my order. luggage assistance was readily available.

The location of this hotel is GREAT!!! It is quite close to everything. The staff members were all attentive. I also found them professional.
From entry into the hotel, the level of service began poorly. I saw no porters to assist with baggage during my three days there. Staff members seemed unfriendly. I upgraded my room type, but it was not worth the cost.
