The room was spacious. I stayed in a superior double or twin room. it had everything i needed. the location was perfect. The main train station was super close. i also appreciated the super friendly hotel staff. they gave great recommendations!
The noise at night was pretty loud because of nearby pubs. thankfully, they provided ear plugs. I used them every night. the noise did get a little bothersome.

I found the location very convenient. It was close to many attractions and transportation options. The hotel provided earplugs. I also liked that a variety of breakfast options were available each morning.
The minibar prices were high. There was not a good feeling.

The breakfast had a lot of options, with many fresh items;! however, sometimes there were delays waiting for juice. It would have been nice if the menu explained dishes better! The restaurant food quality was good.

Some staff members were very helpful and attentive. I especially appreciated the smiles and greetings from one concierge. Other staff made me uncomfortable. Getting coffee refills was slow even when few tables were in use.

the location was amazing ! i found the central station and a metro stop right outside. made getting around easy. plus , the super nice team. they even moved me to an accessible room , which was so appreciated
the entry process was not smooth , i found no porters to help with my baggage. for the entire three days i stayed , i did not see a single porter. also , staff seemed unfriendly , not really offering much assistance

the hotel location was very convenient for transportation. i easily walked to central station and nearby attractions. the staff was friendly and eager to assist with any questions i had. i found the hotel to be clean and well maintained .
the minibar pricing felt quite high. i wish there had been a bit more value there.

The location of this hotel is GREAT!!! It is quite close to everything. The staff members were all attentive. I also found them professional.
From entry into the hotel, the level of service began poorly. I saw no porters to assist with baggage during my three days there. Staff members seemed unfriendly. I upgraded my room type, but it was not worth the cost.
